Christmas is a time of waiting for the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. St. David's has many ways of preparing our hearts for his arrival, and on Sunday, December 18, at 5:00 p.m., we will have a Festive Christmas Lessons and Carols Service at St. David's.
This beloved candlelight service of music and readings will begin with the traditional “Once in Royal David’s City” and includes handbells, hymns, and carols for all to sing, plus anthems sung by the St. David's Adult Choir. Short readings by members of our congregation are included, as candles are lit to light the way to the birth of Christ. This celebration in song and word will be followed by a festive Champagne Reception in Grace Hall. We warmly invite you to join us.
