On April 30, 2022, 25 Men from St David’s attended the one-day 2022 Men’s Retreat at the Best Western Hotel in Roswell. Our typical 3-day retreat at Unicoi Sate Park was cancelled due to a lack of interest in attending.
Our retreat leader was Rev. Wallace Marsh, Rector at the St Thomas parish in Thomasville, GA. He led us through “A Journey to Self-Discovery”. Using an enneagram, we each discovered our strongest characteristics. Rev Marsh then helped us see how they could apply to our religious life.
That evening we had a time for Christian Fellowship at Grace Hall. Robert Ward then treated us to his famous pulled pork dinner– YUMMM!!
It was a great day of Spiritual Renewal and Christian Fellowship!
