Children's Community Choir
Welcome to St. David’s Community Children’s Choir (CCC)!
The St. David’s Community Children’s Choir is for children in 3rd through 8th grades. This choir teaches vocal technique, musical skills, and how to work together as a team!
This spring we will prepare and perform the musical “The Three Trees.” Based on an American folk tale, this 30-minute musical tells the story of three trees who dream of becoming grand and important things. However, their dreams are fulfilled in unexpected ways as they become items within Christ’s life, capturing the message of Jesus in a fresh and timeless way! In addition to singing parts, we will need help with props, staging, and set design and building (nothing too complex!!).
-
Performance date will be May 7, 5:00 p.m. at St. David’s.
Two rehearsals will be offered each week; please attend at least ONE: Wednesday 6:00-7:15 p.m. OR Thursday 6:00-7:15 p.m. In addition, individual make-up lessons can be arranged as needed. The course fee is $60 ($90 for two or more siblings), and scholarships are available. You may register by clicking the button below. If you have questions, please get in touch with Susie Clements, Director of Children's Music.
