The 2022 St. David’s Men’s Retreat is scheduled at Unicoi State Park in Helen, GA. Please join us for a weekend of Spiritual Renewal and Christian Fellowship.
Our retreat leader will be Rev. Wallace Marsh, Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Thomasville, GA. He will lead us through “A Journey to Self-Discovery”. As in the past, starting on Friday at Noon, we will have optional golf, fishing, hiking, and biking. In the evening, we will have a cookout, you can come for the activities, or you can come only for the cookout and fellowship around the fire. The formal program will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, with breakfast at 8:30 a.m.. You can easily drive up on Saturday morning from Atlanta metro – it’s about a 1.5-hour drive. The program ends on Sunday with the program wrap-up and a worship service with Holy Eucharist. We should be finished by Noon. We will have a full hot breakfast each day. Dinner for Friday night will be burgers and brats. Lunch on Saturday will be sandwiches (make your own). We will have a special dinner meal on Saturday night – YUMMM!!
