Join Women of Wonder(WOW) for bimonthly Zoom gatherings – WOW is St. David’s group for mothers of the parish and Preschool with young and older children who gather in friendship to share, reflect, and support one another through the spiritual journey of parenting. Namaste! Children’s Ministry invites you to Mindful Movement, a 5-6 minute interactive virtual practice created especially for the children of St. David’s parish and preschool! Mindful Movement airs 1st and 3rd Wednesdays on St. David’s YouTube channel https://bit.ly/StDavidsYoutube.
Mindful Movement is a quiet space to stretch, balance and grow and to learn skills for self-calming through in and out breath. Mindful movement is imagined and led by parishioner Mary Veal, mother, grandmother, dancer, and yoga instructor who along with her husband Jeff lead St. David’s Outdoor Ministry. We look forward to moving with Mary!
