St. David’s Episcopal Church Preschool: Two-year olds and Young Three-year olds

This program is for children 2 years of age by 9/01/11

For children who turn two on or before September 1^st, we offer two day per week classes on Mon and Wed, or on Tue and Thu from 9:15AM-12:15PM and Children are escorted into the building by their parents.

Children who are age 3 by the end of December are eligible to enroll in Young Three’s class. Activities listed below are offered with some three year old skill activities mixed in and also have a 15 minute preschool chapel time with a chaplain of St. David’s church once a week.

Class size is limited to twelve students. Children enjoy free play, circle time activities with shapes, colors, songs, finger plays, and stories. Students make unit based art projects. Children enjoy a Music and Movement class for 20 minutes once a week and go outdoors to play on a small playground daily as weather permits. The snack is provided on a rotating basis from the student’s family. The preschool provides paper goods and drinks.

*Children should be able to walk and talk.  Teaching focus is on social skills.  Evaluations are given to parents in January and again in May.

Due at the time of registration is a yearly supply fee of:  $120 for the first child, $95 for siblings.
