Stewardship

“Moses said to the congregation…the Lord has commanded: Take from among you an offering to the Lord; let whoever is of a grateful and generous heart bring the Lord’s offering…” 
Exodus 35:4-5

Our Stewardship program this year is built around the theme of “grateful and generous hearts” that is taken from John Westerhoff’s little book of the same name.

Sharing the first fruits of the many gifts and blessings God has given us, in the form of a pledge, is one of many ways to express our appreciation to God and our commitment to continue His work and the ministries of the Holy People of St David’s. 

“…he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.” 2 Corinthians 9:6
